Mitzi Lindgren is a bookbinder, letterpress printer and artist. A graduate of Western Washington University with a Bachelors in Graphic Design Production/Printing, she combines her love of bookbinding, printing and surface design to create one of a kind artist books as well as edition bindings.
Mitzi enjoys learning, teaching & sharing. She is constantly exploring new materials & techniques. In her workshops, she teaches a wide variety of book structures and bindings. When working with elementary students in the classroom, she designs projects that tie into the current curriculum, covering the history of the binding and printing methods used.
Her work has been shown in both juried and invitational exhibits throughout the Northwest and has been published in "The Art & Craft of Handmade Books."
